It is a great loss for Tamil Literature.Everybody in the age of 40 to 50s would appreciate his contribution with scientific fictions & general awareness aerticles & also discussion on sastra. I do not find anybody now in his class.
From K.A.R.Sabapathi, A great loss to science, tamil literature and tamil cinema. A great soul. He will be remembered for his noble contributions to many fields. May his soul rest in peace.
Though an acclaimed writer and author of lot of books on fiction, science and general life, he was not recognized by by our own Governments and by those so called people giving out awards. I don't no what stopped them from doing so? Here everything goes behind favouritism and region and creed. Atleast posthumously he should be considered for his contributions. Will out politicians do?

There is no doubt that Sujatha is a great man for awards. So many postings about his contributions and so many people remembered him. This only shows how his writings are powerful.
Kindly don't drag the viewers to political issues about region and creed and all.

You know one thing when he was at his peak there is sentence that THERE IS GROUP OF FANS READY TO READ HIS LAUNDRY LIST OF SUJATHA. ITS TRUE MAN THAT MUCH GENIUS & EDUCATIVE IS Mr.SUJATHA.
This is a great loss to India,I am grieved as if I have lost my personal friend, His books had been my best friend in my pre-teen years, A person of great knowledge, class mate of APJ, a person who makes every Indian proud. RIP
As one who had the opportunity of seeing sujatha at close quarters in my formative years, it is a deep shock to me, somehow the feeling of him being immortal was stuck in my mind. More than a writer, a development engineer, he was a great human being. I happened to meet him when he was a deputy general manager in BEL, his simplicity, his honest to earth answers irrespective of the fact that he was talking to a trainee who was not even academically qualified in his field had left a deep mark on me. The country has lost one of its noblest sons today.

Very correctly said. I also had the feeling ofimmortality for him. After M G Ramachandran's death, the only other death that I could not believe was that of Sujatha. May his soul rest in peace.
He is the man who started writing about scientific fictions in tamil.......his books....it was a shock for me to know he is no more....all of us will miss u sir...
Sujatha had been able to attract a large number of youth into Tamil literature with his writing on almost on all subjects. Unlike writers like Jayakanthan who had a specific target readers, Sujatha had readers from all sections and from all ages. The fact that he could also fit himself into cinema should speak about his qualities as only a very few writers could sustain their entry into cinema. Sad loss for Tamil literature and cinema. Condolences to his family
