I believe she was nominated and won at the Filmfare Awards this year in the Critics category.
I think Tabu is stunningly beautiful. She just doesn't put alot of make up on. Did you see her on the Deewangi number in Farah Khan's movie "Om Shanti Om"? For some reason, in movies she looks older but when she you see her in events and in her interviews, she looks young.
Despite brilliant performance and great screen presence I think TABU does get her fair due. 2007 was TABU'S year with two great and contrasting performances in The Namesake and Cheeni Kum but most likely she will not win any awards she did not even get anomination as best actress from fimfare awards what a shame Tabu has brought international media attention to Bollywood's talent read the international media reviews about her performance in The Namesake as Ashima Ganguli and now in this Telugu movie looks lke she is going to give all these glamour queens a run for their money
