I wholeheartedly support Jaya Bachhan.We should speak Hindi not only because it is our National Language but also because it is our mother tongue and our native language.Why should anyone be offended by the statement.It has neither attacked anyone nor attacked any language.Whereas she had herself sought to be excused for talking in Hindi.Raj Thakre can not remain long in politics on the basis of parochialism.His parochialism is beginning to take the shape of anti Indian and anti nationalist stand

Maharastra did not make Jaya What she is today.It is the HINDI film industry and her own calibre which made her what she is today
Bacchan family specially jaya to whom people loves for her simplicity is showing her colors now. She make the controversy some days before and again want to do that. This is the great politics by her for SP peoples because they are freightning to RAj Thakare's increasing popularity. Jayaji aapko marathi logose itni hi ghruna hai to krupa karke UP me jake bas jaiye aur apni bahu ko udhar hi nachaiye(as now making money with her fame in the world tour.)taki UP ke log aapko dhanyawad denge.
1)Declared themselves as NRI to evade the tax 2)Declared themselves aas Farmers to grab the farming land 3)Announced the donatin of land to the farmers which was grabbed illegally 4) reclaimed for the donated land when the issue was settled Needless to say..such crooks are the big blot in Maharashtra..they need to kicked out of Maharshtra & sent back to their UP ASAP

Amazing stuff. Everyone is thinking about what Jaya has said is right or not. It was just a film function and she asked people to just speak in a language. Not an exhortation to start killing people or teaching them a lesson as Raj is trying to do. It is a free country - one can say what he feels as long as he does not tred on other's freedom. Most of the politicians including from BJP, Congress, CPM, Trinamool Congress, SP etc don't seem to feel that. They just want to fan the passions to get polictical mileage and wreak havoc on life of people. That is the root of all problem.
JAya has the right to say what she said. And all of us have the right to just ignore it or laugh at it. But none has the right to teach anyone a lesson for this remark
People living in Maharashtra must respect culture and language here..we are not forcing them to learn Marathi..but we want our space.. that's what All Marathis and Raj want..clear.. so do not be foolish by presenting anti-Raj remarks

well we do appreciate marathi culture, festivals and enjoy marathi movies too they are great... there is no doubt about that.. so you dont have to become insecure..
what raj is doing is not right either?.. beating up taxi drivers.. damaging taxis.. please note most taxis are owner by maharashtrians and driven by upites.. so hes only harming the locals interest. AND WHAT IS THIS ABOUT BIHARIS BEING BIUMARIS ETC.. is this a responsible statement?. Sorry but your hero is only looking for cheap publicity.. REMEMBER HATRED IS THE BIGGEST UNITER.. the language we choose to speak is our choice. english also is our national language aproved by the constitution. we must choose the language we are most comfortable with. the nuances of any language if properly spoken convey the correct thoughts and feelings. it is a God given gift. small mindedness and intolerance are causing grave damage to our country.
