After watching the screening of Drona Jaya knows no one can save this doomed to failure movie and after spending so much on the movie they probably running short of finance for huge marketing.
So better way to promote a film is involved yourself or family into big controversy and gain negative publicity and publicity is always good andi in jaya’s case is family.
Eventually drama will go on till the release of a movie and then everything will stop.
Friends this formula always woks.

mUMBAI GAVE HER THE BASE FOR HER ACTING SKILL.SHE IS SO IMMATURED TO SAY WHAT SHE HAD SAID,THOUGH SHE MIGHT NOT HAVE MEANT ANY BAD THINGS ON MAHARASHTRA.SHOULD SIMPLY CLARIFY THE MATTER RATHER THAN KEEPING HER EGO INFLATED.

Jayaaji,....
by sk on Sep 08, 2008 06:30 PM  Permalink

Dear Jaya,

As a celebrity, you should weigh your words before talking. As somebody expressed down below, if there's a violent reaction, for your unnecessary uncalled spech, then it's not you who's going to get hit, it is the common man living on the street. You should have thought of these before sparking off your provocative stuff.. guess your retirement age is approaching...

Unncessary controversy
by nitesh shah on Sep 08, 2008 06:26 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

What is the use of creating unnecessary controversies? It is good she chose to speak in hindi than english. Though she poked fun at Raj Thackeray, why should people see red. Isn't RT known to be making statements. Why is he applauded then? I heard a news today that RT's son opted for German instead of Marathi as the second subject. Now will RT also condemn him for preferring a foreign language over his mother tounge. Language in any form bonds people. If RT and his men are real Indians and love their motherland, then they should fight the anti social elements who spread terror instead of wasting time and energy over petty things.

Raj Thackarey and others have been stressing on making Marathi compulsary only at school level. In Maharashtra its only till 10th that's supposed to be school life. The moment you pass out 10th, you step into JUNIOR COLLEGE. Neither Raj Thackarey or anyone else has said that Marathi be made compulsary at the college level. R.A Poddar is NOT A SCHOOL, BUT A COMMERCE COLLEGE.
