The picture is from Tom Clegg's film `Mountbatten - The Last Viceroy' (1984) and Nehru is the actor Ian Richardson. Rediff thinks their readers are stupid!!

I don't think you read the caption at the bottom or you do not posses a brain to under stand it. Here it is again. In the picture: Hangal in a still from Lord Mountbatten: The Last Viceroy, where Ian Richardson played the late Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. It clearly say Richerdson played Jawaharlal Nehru. Read again and digest before you you start using your gray matter if you have any.

Anurag/Naina have already clarified that rediff changed the caption after their comments... It seems you don't possess a brain... so gray matter is out of question...
AK Hangal is one of the fine actor in Indian cinema. Whatever roles he has done, he lived in the role. Other day to day stars in peak, should help him monetorily, if he needs any monetary help.

He gave sterling performances in many films including Deewar, Aandhi, Sholay,Anubhav and many many others. Let's pray for his good health.
Hangal says that after partition he was jailed for 2 years. And then he came to India at the age of 21, so he was born in 1927-28. This is further corroborated by the fact that he himself says that he was 40 when Teesri Kasam was filmed (that was in 1965-66). May be he was 38 or 39 then, so he is perhaps 80 or 82 years old and not 92 as the articles claims at the beginning.
Yaa i too noticed....that was not jawahar lal nehru... if he i s92 yrs now..in 1964 he wld b 48....but looking quiet old..like these days... i think that thats a still from some movie not many people know....because if u c closely...hangal's dress up is like sardar patel...n that guy is like nehru...may b some unknown movie/theatre play on that period.. Anyways..i like this man..his acting n his decency..
