I dont exactly understand wht message director wants to communicate by this movie, well..do u think we really have the same culture, shown in the movie..
If you people have been in college and enjoyed the hostel life then you will difinitely relate to the story.... this film shows what goes on in a boys hostel... very well made film... good performances... a must watch for all hostelites...
Imad is the best thing that has happened to Bollywood in the recent times. In an industry where loud tasteless emoting is taken for acting, where bulging muscles are supposed to add to charm and screen presence (urrgh!) and where designer clothes make up for body language, imad is a breath of fresh air. But then, if you admire say... Sunny in Gadar, i can understand why you dislike Imad. well, don't try too hard, he's well beyond your comprehension.

hello miss. there is no question of personal thinking...imaad is very poor in acting and look.puri movie main uska face ugly sa lagta hain... well i dont think ki aajkal ke genration usse accept karengi..infact they denied him already...he just get the advantage of star son...nothing else..to talent..no comparision..thank you...

abbey saale tu looks ke liye movie mein jaata hai kya.... aur imaad teri pappi nahi maang raha jo tu uske face ko describe karne mein laga hai.... aur tu aaj ki generation ka hai bhi nahi saale... go back to 1947 which would suit u better....

hmm...your name is mithun..so we can can imagine ki tum C and D grade ke filmo ke bade fan ho...lage raho mithum bhai..tumhare jaisey 2-3 log hi aisi movie dekhtey hain n hamarey jaisey..hajaro log aisi movies ke promos bhi nhi dekhtey hain..its okk yaaar..tum gaav ke gawaro ko kon smjhye ki film making kya hoti hain....mithun....naaam hi sab kch kehta hain mister C grade .

mr.patel,...before putting up ur comments just go thru all d reviews and u'll realize tht most of d audience hav liked d movie!!! but then i can understand ur feelings,actually such films r for intellectual ppl,...I guess u shld go and watch some sunny deol movie,..I am sure u'll like tht!!!
If you can't appreciate this film, it means three things :) One- You sleep-walked through college! Two- You've never read Sartre (go grab a copy today). Three- You've never yourself made any choices in life and have always hated the guts of those who did. And so the bottom line is- you seriously need to catch up!
yes believe me .....i was an avid fan of prakash jha and incidentally i am a bihari , but trust me when i say this movie is worth pheko in dustbin ....if you still think that I am wrong , go and watch it . All the best .

I guess some of you seriously had some problem in understanding the movie as well as understanding the character of Imaad Shah. I pity your choice. I don't know what will be the future of Hindi cinema if we keep having audiences like some of you. If you all had your way you'd only watch movies like Partner, Dhol and all those trashy movies. Come on guys wake up learn to appreciate the efforts of this young breed of actors and directors who try to do things in a different yet simple way and if you comprehnsion level is so weak than at least don't badmouth such films.

and dear which was the best movie of the year according to you... I know the answer - "Aapka suroor" abey gadhe tujhe yeh review bhi nahi padhna chahiye.... ja jaake himesh ke gaane sun
a film merely depicting reality does not make sense....bottomline is,Dil,Dosti is NOT a well made film.tooo much messy.very slow at times.the characters do not grow with the film.the direction is very immature.no extra effort given by the actors to portray the characters properly.i had high expectations from Imaad Shah.....but unfortunately i found him pretty dumb.overall i'd give the film,3 outta 10.

Well....talking bout the performance Mr.shah in his own way has been quite gud in potraying the "lakhshyaheen Yuvak" of 2day. The same can be said fr the director2.......ok u hav the outline but wat bout the ending?
Dont u get even a single well mature reviewer than Ruchi"hypcrt"Naresh.. for this awesome movie? What u rediff guys think that a gal can find out what a Guy feelings are..? Miss Ruchi..After reading ur review about the movie..seems like u have to go a long distance ..infact a very long distance before even thinking of being a reviewer.. Anyways.. All the very best..But plz for God sake..be away from this movie and go for some DDLJ typo.!!!
