Well, I guess at the end of the day, she's just a human being like all of us. And she probably has the extra onus to stay fir and trim and not eat a munch more simply because media like rediff and people like Bandekar needs to earn their revenues.

You have put up an authentic question, neutral...But the fact is that in bollywood, we would like to see females giving priority to exposing over acting...or atleast acting plus exposing.....thats what the directors want, thats what the viewers want and our ladies are more than ready to do it...So, what is the problem?

this reply is to myname whose msgs have been reported abuse. first know what is Indian culture. start from the Upanishads. your lifetime is not enough. if you seriously take my advice, read one of the upanishad. then think abt it. then after few months relate what you have written now. you will find the answers yourself. but without reading pls dont comment further. tks

dear Somya, there is no harm in going topless, provided you return home safely. ask your relatives whether they will also like that freedom.

dear somya, if humans had sense control, everyone can walk as they like. but that is what we lack. our culture is not to expose. we cannot expose now bcos west has already made our minds impure. with an impure mind you cannot afford to expose. so pls follow our culture in covering the body fully. tks

Mentally sick people are those who cannot understand logic or handle difference of opinion, but react with harsh/sharp manner with irrelevant behaviour - like yourself. Prove my words incorrect - if you can - by intellectual debate. If my words are shocking to you - the news for you is that they are also 100% true. Truth never hurts :)
I dont think why these shameless reporters look at only the flesh and figure of these actresses!!! Do some constructive work Mr.Pradeep!! If you have a crush on Rani, then keep in with you, dont put it as a news in a public site like this as if this is a national news!! Rediff really sucks!!!
I think she looks real. Sticks for figures look sad and unloved. A saree needs a little maaal. I love her looks and figure. She signifies all us indian women wanted to look european but giving in to rice and sugar and good food. Thats life. Enjoy.
We, majority of Indians prefer it that way. We like our women to be a little plump. That's the way we like it. Kya kehte ho fellow Indians ? Remember Neetu Singh and Sulakshana Pandit and Bindiya Goswami of yore.

Not only Indians - the appeal of a full-bodied woman is rather universal. The emphasis behind a chiseled body should be purely of health concern (BP/cholesterol/sugar in particular). Also, women tend to deposit fat too quickly after 30 - thus being on the lighter side is always a safe precaution :)
