I was extremely dissapointed to read Rediff's article on Rani! It was totally disrespectuful and irresponsible on their part to pass these comments! In today's weight obsessed world comments like these can damage a person's self-esteem. Also Rediff writers should consider the thousands of young girls reading and emmulating!
Rediff I would appreciate it if you could publish the name of the person who wrote this article. I would like to congratulate him/her for such innovative jounalism. No wonder girls these days are starving themselves to be size zero's. Rani looks great and a picture of good health. She is an actress not a beauty queen or model. I think you need to remember that.
Name calling. Is that what you have resorted to just because Rani won't give you some juicy answers. Why don't you at Rediff give us some inside information about your private lives? Yes Rani was never skinny but she is hardly fat. She looks great. I like Rani just the way she is. I have also noticed an anti-Rani stance at Rediff lately. Don't worry you won't be successful, no matter how much you promote bhool Bhulaya, Rani's fans will still go and watch her movie first.

Yes you r absolutely right this media people cant make their mind first they complain if an actress is too skinny to the extent of calling her anoerexic and in case if the actress is chubby then complain that she is fat. I wonder what do they want in the end of the day. Come on Madhubala was never slim but she is called the Venus of Indian Cinema, Rekha is called the ultimate screen diva (but as far as I can recollect she was never skinny) kajol is on the plumpier side but doesnt she mesmerizes audience with her performance. I agree these people when they have nothing else to publish they publish all these trash.
She looks to be in a good shape and that color looks great on her. I dont know whats rediff's definition of bulge is but she always looks better with some meat. Afterall she is a bengali!!!
