Dont worry movie is meant for entertainment. Not for sitting and watching it like exam(most of this film festival movies they have to pay money to watch this movies than we pay money for ticket). Many of my friends from the Gods own country claim they produce good movies, but when I ask them whether they watched this movie in full they say they watched it for five minutes and mostly they have only read about this movies. Dear fellow telugu film watchers you should be very happy that telugu film makers are making very good entertainment movies and they are not trying cheat themselves and people by making art movies. At last take this word of famous south Indian actor Prakash Raj said "First let us live for living. Dont worry if you have not achieved something" It is only this entertainment film movie world any one is accepted for doing hero, heroine roles from any part of our country
Are you asking people to mail you since you don't want to risk too much criticism on a public message board :)?
BTW, despite your condescending rejoinder to anshul bharadwaj below, that sentence of yours ("Agree or disagree, as you will (speaking for myself, I don't)") is grammatically incorrect. You don't what - you don't agree or you don't disagree? Why does your "don't" automatically need to attach itself to the "agree" rather than the "disagree"?
Or maybe I should despair of my own understanding too :).

In reply to your first question, no. In reply to the second, we both know you know exactly what I meant by what I said. And that brings up point three -- that I suggest email because that way, I get people responding to what I am writing on, as opposed to being smart-alecky about the words used. I didn\'t, to answer the question posed in your headline, ask for mails on grammar, but on critics. You prefer the former subject, so you post your views here. Naturally. Others have things to say about critics -- and they mail me. Cool.

I indeed know exactly what you mean. However, being a professional writer and getting paid for it brings its responsibilities, no?
More importantly, nobody is trying to correct your grammar - there are other mistakes of grammar in your article above, which I did not choose to point out. My comment was in response to the tone of your reply to anshul below. When you make a mistake, you should accept it. Like your mistake in your reply above, by saying it's okay to use wrong grammar if the reader gets the point. Is it oaky to tpye a setncene lkie thsi, eevn if yuo udnertsand it?
When you stay amiable, people are far more indulging of your inconsequential peccadilloes. You show attitude, and there will always be, ahem, smart-alecs around who want to give it back.
Finally, here's a grammar tip for you to avoid similar future errors. Find the grammatical error in "Take the radio out of the car and throw it away."

there is a big lot of first day first show watchers, who treaded into the halls, misled by promos and cryed hoarse, you reported them. Absolutely perfect.
But did you not come cross on the earth and blogosphere, a sizeable majority that simply adored the film. Why doesn't your articles reflect sentiments of them??? I leave you with that question.

well... that pont where you said "sizeable majority liked the film".... if it is a quantitative parameter to measure the films quality like the number of people liking the film, dont you think, this is exactly what the box office collections reflect...if people like the file are in the majority then this would fare better....I think what they are quoting here is a relative comparison between the two released movies and which of the two has a bigger audience...

ek chalis ki last local as well I dont know how this movie fared but I dont think it was a big hit....but fully entertaining to the core.... abhay was just fantastic...

i completely agree with u. coz how can farah's senseless film-making ever be better than bhansali. srk also is a pathetic buyer of media n real life actor than reel life actor.
Script writer, Director and Film Critic Khalid Mohammad%u2019s Write up titled %u2018What a dard-e-Manoj%u2019 (HT, Nov. 17) was in bad taste. I have been reading his reviews and columns for a long time, and each time I get more and more convinced that he certainly has been lobbying for a particular group of people in Bollywood. His reviews smack of personal bias, and his English makes a pathetic reading. For instance, his review of Ram Gopal Verma ke Sholay was as bad in taste as the joke on Manoj Kumar in OSO.
He claims to be hiding some secrets of Manoj Kumar in his belly. Some one else may claim the same about him too. He has no right to degrade the legendary actor simply because he makes a living by getting bytes from the current actors and is on their mercy all the time to fill his columns. I liked his script in Zubeida, and appreciated his work in his films Fiza and Tehzeeb. But he has not being showing the same maturity in his columns. I would urge him to respect others in the industry like Manoj Kumar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
