Raja Sen has no sense

Will definitely watch this movie as Raja Sen has given it such low rating. This is how you should interpret Raja's rating...the lower the rating the better the movie is. So guys do watch it out :)

Dear Raja Sen,

You will get a filmfare award for 'film reviewing' for 2007. I am still wondering why you gave one and half star to Saawariya which means you haven't seen the movie at all...!

good Raja Sen....
by milind madan on Nov 09, 2007 11:39 AM  Permalink

perhaps the best reviews he has written.....incredible that the actor's kids knows nothing about acting, though they are handed an easy plate....i hope the new generation without filmdom backgrounds get breaks & chance to perform rather than these morons...

this is the ultimate message to the audience -- any movie that spends too much money on promotion is a nothing but CRAP! this movie should have been named SOOBORING YA than sawariya! god, no hollywood production house will ever dare to venture again into the indian film industry for investment again. No wonder Bollywood movies are called crap in Hollywood. GOD Save Bollywood! and may God also give some brains to SLB!

FILMS AND REVIEWS - BAKWAAS
by chilukuri rajesh on Nov 09, 2007 11:30 AM  Permalink

Based on TV reviews and feedback from some audience on various channels, we saw 'PARTNER' (SALMAN & GOVINDA) - which in our opinion is most 3rd class movie. It is beyond imagination that an IIM-MBA (Govinda) gets just Rs.20K pm as Finance Advisor in Katrina Kaif Co.
All TV channels are paid heavily for promoting bakwas pictures.

From Taran Adarsh

Irrespective of how his films fare at the box-office, you cannot shut your eyes to the fact that Sanjay Leela Bhansali's films have so much to offer in terms of style and substance.

Alas, SAAWARIYA is all style, no substance. When a director of the calibre of SLB attempts a love story, you expect to experience the various emotions that you generally associate with romance. Sadly, the emotions you experience while watching SAAWARIYA is sorrow and after the screening, anguish.

With splendid backers like Hollywood giant Columbia/Sony and a dream cast, Bhansali falters big time in SAAWARIYA. It doesn't give you the feeling that you're watching an SLB film or a film of epic proportions. Instead, you constantly feel that you're watching a 2-hour play.

Write your own movie review of Saawariya
Dostoevsky's short story WHITE NIGHTS may sound interesting on paper, but SLB's adaptation suffers because there's not much meat in the plot. In fact, it wouldn't be erroneous to state that SAAWARIYA ranks amongst SLB's weakest films, as far as scripting is concerned.

To cut a long story short, SAAWARIYA disappoints big time. You expect the moon from this genius film-maker, but you're disheartened as you watch his new creation.

This time, hum dil nahin de chuke sanam!

SAAWARIYA is about two young star-crossed lovers. A musician, Raj [Ranbir Kapoor], is certain that he has found his ultimate dream when he arrives at a picturesque town. However, desti
