we all INDIANS love chamchagiri and born to behave like GHULAMS that is why so called bad khan's bad movies get good response. Media including film critics and general public also behaving the same manner. They praise everything this bad man is doing. In acting he is coping Amitabh or Dilip kumar. His recent hair syle is example of the same. Bakwass movie like MAIN HOON NA can become hit why not OSO. But let me remind you his genuine good movies like Swades always gets flop. Thats is INDIA, GREAT INDIA!
A beautifuly crafted and well made movie. We are orthodox and never can take a change. The end should always be the same and happy. Ranbir has a long road ahead and has got a break which he deserved. He will be the next dancing star after Hritik. Thanks SLB and the entire staff for making a excellent movie.
guys - dont trust this raja sen...he is one out of a mind person....wonder how much he is paying rediff to give reviews on movies....neway this is the same guy who gave bhool bhulaiya a 1 star or something...

bhool bhulaiya is re,make of malayalam movie manichithrathazhu,which is an excellent master piece,as i have seen both the movies, i dont see any problem in rating the movie wid a single star........trust me BB is a complete waste compared to its original!!!!
rediff is so much scared of releasing the review of OSO. scared of khan??it is 9 pm and still not in the review box. waiting for the sms's and then choose majority??? why dont your own review?? it is high time

Guys, I don't know why rediff is giving so much negative publicity to Saawariya but I kind of liked the movie. The sets are impressive and work of art. Especially the bridge and the Buddha statue. Ranvir and Rani are excellent. Especially I liked Rani's transformation when Ranvir approaches her - it shows a true genius - that's what Rani is! Ranvir is promising as a newcomer and his histrionics are better than what I personally expected. Zohra Sehgal is too adorable. The characters are etched out to perfection and the movie takes you to a different world. I remember the scene when Sonam runs in between the dark alleys - it's pure art which only SLB can create. Definitely watchable movie - much better than the idiotic comic rip-offs from Hollywood movies like Dhamals, Dhols and Partners. I personally liked the movie - it's simple storyline and appeal. I agree some songs were unnecessary - not required at all. But, the music is good. In all, definitely watchable. Don't go by what Raja Sen says. Go and watch it. Tomorrow I'll watch OSO - Diwali time hai bhai - har movie dekhna hai! Cheers!

I saw Sanjay Leela Bhansali distributing crocin for headaches after watching the movie. He promised next time the movie would be in a small picture frame, with 10 more slow songs. Thanks SLB and Sony pictures(I'm sure you will run away from hindi movies production soon).

SAAWARIYA: A great movie! I liked it. It seems that the biased Critic of Rediff belongs to SRK camp.
Please watch the Movie in the Multiplex and you will enjoy the film.

Its not about SRK team or any other team,its about the movie and this is true that watch "SAAWARIYA" with crosin tab with you.Complete Torture for 21/2 hrs.
Ranbir is a cartoon who's father and uncles were great cartoons in hindi film industry. They ruled the hindi film industry without any talents, just becuase of the name and fame of Raj kapoor. But they failed to understand that the time has changed. The great people of india are not ready to accept one more carton ranbir in hindi film industry. Good bye ranbir.

Sandeep,
without taking away anything from the Kapoors ( no doubt Raj Kapoor was one of the great directors of India), the recognition of Indian Movie Industry in the international arean came from Satyajit Ray's - Pather Panchali in 1955. Ray still happens to be the First Name in Indian Cinema - in serious circles abroad (I mean the foreigners, not the NRI s)...don't believe me, ask the Ivory Merchant production house or Sony.

Raj kapoor was the first guy who got the invitation to show his movie at international platform. Ofcourse ppl knew before that there is a bollywood but what i meant to say is recognision.

to say ranbir is a cartoon character is foolish and being stupid. lets see if u can do the same on screen. u might end up being a hero of a slapstick comedy. ranbir is definitly promising, hes better than the all the kapoors. both kareena and ranbir have potential in them, and she has proved that, and ranbir is going to prove the same or better. and please think twice before writing and submitting it to the site, please.
