I see.....and you have all the sense in the world do you.....humbug....by the way do something about your English its attrocious
How many of us understand poetry, classical music, ghazals, opera or a broadway musical! If anyone of you likes even a single of these and have the patience to watch a placid poetry in motion, then please do watch Saawariya. The movie is undoubtedly slow paced. But so was Raincoat, Dor and many other amazing movies which didn't get their due. Saawariya is sheer poetry in motion. "Sanjay Leela Bhansali" is a pure artist. When you are watching Saawariya look out for these aspects instead of the flaws and the pace of the movie. 1. Light effects 2. Sets 3. Cinematography 4. Acting - Ranbir and Sonam are newcomers. Still they did a pretty good job. Both look beautiful and the chemistry is really tender and innocent. 5. Screenplay. 6. Last, but obviously not the least - Direction.
I find it ridiculous to compare Om Shanti Om and Saawariya. OSO is a "masala-movie". In it's genre it's probably a great movie. I have not seen it, so can't comment upon it. Would be watching it next weekend. My take is why not watch both movies! Why do we have to compare two things that do not relate at all. They are movies. Besides this commonality both movies do not have anything in common. Won't you watch "Matrix" and "King-Kong Lives" if they were released on the same day? At least I would. I watched Saawariya... Loved it...cause my perspective was different and less critical.
All in all, watch Saawariya with a sensitive and romantic heart. Don't watch it for the "paisa-wasool" kind of
beware this is badshah. Dont mess with him again.Ur acting in blood, iam from acting family,my father is great,my mother is awesome actress...this is not gonna work here. THis is shahrukh khan.If wanna still go with your lineage filmi blood go to down, south.

rahul and bhaskar are two ignorant bumpkins who won't know a good review if it came and kicked them on their backsides....please take their comments with a pinch of salt
I think Raja Sen purposely writes bad reviews to create some type of controversy and makes a name for himself. Not a bad ploy for someone who has achieved not much in life except learn thodi fancy english and use it to review movies which he has little clue about. After reading a the review of "bull bullaiya", (which was definetly not a 1 star movie),I found out who the author is(I generally never read the authors name) and did a google search on him. And I found another article: "paheli better than black", and I think someone was right, that he is a SRK promoter. Now, I have become a little smart. I first see who has written the review and then only read it. But like someone said: even bad pubicity is publicity. So Raja Sen does not care what movie he is reviewing, he generally lambasts it and this being bollywood more often than not he gets it right (which adds to his credibility) and when not (he gains name for himself). Now that is a smart move. For me Raja Sen is a true hero !
