I think its just a publicity stunt. Ask her what she did for animals after one year then she will only have this photo on her credit. We should understand this kind of stars only and only do any thing for publicity or money. I am not at all impressed.

its unfortunate that we have people who think like u do..if another actress like kareena or bipasha would do this ad..people wud term them as hot..but if an item girl does something good she is termed as cheap..Thts ridiculous!
I appreciate Rakhi for her great efforts she is protecting Circus Tigers she dressed lion dress very well, Rakhi ji i request to you please do something for Circus Jokers too and i am sure that for look like a Joker you need not to dress up.
