shobhaa De makes a lot of comments on celebrities' fashion sense. she had ripped apart aishwarya rai's wardrobe at cannes but what about her fashion? look at her horrible sari. it's so flashy! then the blood red nailpolish. it hurts the eyes. the gawdy bangles and too many of them. finally the extra A in her name. those behind the bachchans for their alleged superstition just see, superstition is all around. isnt numerology a superstition??

Dude please get your facts right. In India we know how to pronounce "shobha" the way it ought to be, but westerners don't know that, the extra A is there to help them pronounce the name correctly.

oh!!! SO CONCERNED abt westerners' pronounciation of one's name. as if they will pronounce it keeping the A silent if there's only 1 A. did any1 have problems pronouncing MARTINA HINGIS?? such a stupid, stupid explanation. btw, why is ms. de is so concerned abt westerners? she's of the opinion that indian actors who wanna try their luck in hollywood are losers going in search of greener pastures & we not at all need to impress & play slaves to those firangs. talk of double standards.
...A man's man and a ladies man! I think Vijay Mallya represents the youth of Bangalore very well. A party guy from a party city! I like the way he is comfortable and frank about who he his. He also seems modest considering his spectacular achievements so far. He knows how to earn AND spend money and he is my role model for sure. I hope Kingfisher Airlines starts flying b/w Bangalore and San Francisco soon!!!
