neomax , we kanndigas agree that we dont have any idea virtually for making movies , you know why.............. cause we simply make movies. its other states who have to think virtually. Anyway , what Rajesh said is true. and if you say it isnt true than you virtually have no idea what you are talking about.........

If 1 guy has spoken paritally, it is not necessary that all should follow Him. If you hv done that it is the Victory of the 1st person because His aim is just to provoke others& some people will easily fell in His trap.So be yourself. If nobody is responding similar kind of remarks automatically stop. The person who first put the 'remarks' not necesary from a particular region or caste, but later he will enjoy by seeing the comments of some poor people they will fight each other for thier region or caste.
Thanks for puttng this article. Infact yesterday I was worried why top performances in kannada is not listed while its listed for other languages. Thumba Dhanyavadhagalu.
This Year is Superb year for KFI... Keep Producing such Good Movies, For Heavens Sake pls stop making REMAKE Movies, how the Hell Good movie may it be, but we need SWAMAKE movies...

I think for certain things we do require remakes , cause it translates information and knowledge . but it should be to that point itself , some Film Personality think of money , which i guess is wrong

Well i dont know why you people always compare yourself with Tamil?. Grow up people. I think you people are still reeling under self-inflicted shroud of INFERIORITY COMPLEX.
This year Kannada movies are doing good.We are expecting same in the future.All the credit goes to newcomers.In the last year released movies MM was super duper hit & in this year released movies DUNIYA was the first movie to be hit.Keep it up KFI.
Now at least Kannadigas should try to compete with other language movies, when they have the capacity to take quality movies why should they ban others? Banning other language movies in Karnataka is nothing but shameful act of cowardice.

hey guys don't fight calling yourself tamil are kannadiga... it doesn't sound good, lets all say we're indians. I appreciate kannada film industry to make more kannada movies and guys start watching more kannada movies, I saw one thing in bangalore that people don't watch kannada movies they prefer Hindi or English movies, it's not going to give you anything but make Kannada producers to reduce making movies. but if you see in tamilnadu people prefer to watch tamil movies rather than hindi or english movies. that makes a huge difference and confidence for producer's to make more movies. no use fighting with tamil or telugu people not to screen their movies, give preference to your mother tongue... take care of our historical languages and culture regardless of whether it is Telugu or Tamil or kannada or malayalam and try to speak in your mother tongue.

Hello Friend..(Still I call u friend thats a Kannadiga).., You are mistakesn.. Other langauage Films are not banned in karnataka only we are restricting no. of prints so that our movies get theatres. I hope u are in Bangalore and saw Shivaji..if we have banned how shivaji can be released in Bangalore.., First know the reality friend.
