Tell me, does Saif Ali break out into an Anu Mallick/Bhappida 'inspired' song whilst racing at 300Kms. per hour? Perhaps, he even steps out on the bonnet to do a jig! Wouldnt put it past the director to inject a silly song/dance at adrenalin-stirring high speeds..Then perhaps a crash? And he emerges with his hair-style intact. Bollywood hai na !!!
What I cant understand if the movie is so bad why rediff gives good reviews for yash Raj movies? All the people on the board cannot be wrong. I feel reviews are biased for Yash Raj and Karan Johar movies. we have to appreciate hatke movies like Dor, Iqbal and all movies who try someting different . Salaam Namaste was bad and I cant imagine something different here.
Rani does not know how to act. she does not deserve to be here. she is so plumpy and short skirts does not suit her which she is wearing in this film. I would say she get married and have a family now. Thats it. out of 10 i would give her:

pls...stop being biased towards NRI's and NRI movies...u r living in some 18th century...try to see what kind of message they are passing to viewers, and don't judge movie by costumes, locations blabla...If the movie is only focused on heavy costumes, grand sets and locations for eg. movie Devdas, then u can complain..tragedy can hit anyone in this world, whether he/she is in India or abroad...try to understand the soul of the movie...

Please try to see the movie in the right perspective. Yash Raj movie is a seperate genre which has its own followers like it or not they are in majority now. If you have a problem then go n watch Bheja Fry or something. You are in wrong place dude. Tash Raj is a sensible production on the lines of hollywood studios churning out what market demands. When you can appreciate fell good stuff from hollywood like "Sleep less in seattle/you got mail" why not our desi Salaam namaste and TRRP?

Well Said, The movie is just a copy from different hollywood and bollywood movies and people go gaga about outstanding performance and blah blah. I wasted my money by going to watch in the cinema.
i saw the movie with my mom dad and sis, dad left in the interval and i was 10 minutes after that... total waste of money and time... and i agree that this movie is for the nri audience... they want to earn in dollars.

Yes You are right. I feel cheated too. I wasted my money. Yash Raj Films always make their movies for NRI's even though I live in the UK. I miss the common desi stuff like Bunty aur Bubli. This movie is total loss and people will waste money to make it success at box office. I would watch Talladega nights over this crap
rani's looking like a sick girl and Saif is boring. I dont know how he's getting films under big Yashraj banner? Is he a good actor or smart enough? If there's SRK,Big B and Hrithik then ok,but why Saif? Bollywood is making films for overseas ppl not for ordinary Indian public.they want money in Dollars.

"YASHRAJ Banner" might sound good..but look at the quality of the movies they produce..cheap melodramas all the time..and always..stolen scripts..BOLLYWOOD has no originality..If they cant find anything from HOLLYWOOD..they pick a story from down south..but still wont use their brain to come up with a good story..bollywood sucks..

SICK GAL is fortunately the most talented actress, parth...she is wayyyy ahead of her counterparts like kareena, ASH, BIPS...because they are too busy looking good in the movie, and they forget to act, as a result, noone calls them good actresses and praises them except for their beauty...

EVERY ACTRESS HAS SOME TALENT IN THEM THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CAST IN MOVIES.IF THE MOVIES IN WHICH A CERTAIN ACTRESS HAS ACTED MAKES A HIT IN THE BOX OFFICE THEN IT PROVES THAT THERE WAS A REASON.ONE CANNOT SINGLE OUT ;A BEST ACTRESS' LOOK AT THE STATS OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS IT WILL TELL YOU WHO ARE IS THE MOST HUNTED BY PRODUCERS.

Yes u are right. Saifu and Rani are only good with Yash Raj Banner. They aren't capable of working with any other banners. Only Omkara Saifu got noticed because it was a strong negative role else he is nowhere. I never like ranis acting accept in Black and as Babli.

Yes A fair copy of talladega nights. Just they changed the middle part of family drama to meet indian audiences. They can;t show rani as deglamourise charcter or like the wife who married his friend
