i just wanted to say that even if bipasha reports to the police nothing is going to happen since the indians will remain indians even if they are in states and they will bribe the investigating organisation and will make bipasha look bad by using there so called business lingo like breach of agreement and so.
these men stink and they can never think above this level. iwish even after 5 decade of independence india should have risen above such petty acts on the part of men!!!!!!!!!!!
why was bipasha called for such a occasion, the organizers could have called some one from a good educational background from India, some one respected in the world, say some good author like arundhati roy, NGO worker like medha patkar....business men like Mukesh/Anil Ambani, Narayan murthy...
Why to hook such a celebrity who is in news for short clothes, and bold scenes etc....altho what ever happened with it was BAD i do protest against this, the Organizer are here only to make publicity and stunts.
First of all what was the Orgainising Committee thinking when they decided to invite Bipasha Basu for the India Day Parade. A women whom the nation can be proud of , should have been invited. India Day Parade is not a glamorous or a fashion parade. It reprents India. A women who has worked and fought socially for India should have been invited.
And if at all she was harrassed, then why doesnt she lodge a Police Complaint with the US Authorities. It is well known fact the US Authorities are have very stringent rules regarding the protection of the dignity of women. So, they will definately nab the culprits.
It is an irony that the actress had to face this...
however why Bipasha?? for the Independence day?
are there no Heros of Independence in our country? who can be better role models on this I day?
The choice itself was wrong...one shud have called upon common people who has witnessed the I struggle and remind people that Bhagat Singh and alike were martyrs at the age of 23, when they cud have easily taken up some job and survived!!!
A female anatomy can sell many things...but not arouse the Independence Day emotions.i call this I day celebrations as a Farce serving no purpose.
So the Business committee shud not feel Hurt as the Intention behind this I day celebrations were themselves not real...
Let the I day celebrations not be merely a show of strength in the USA , but instill the JASBAA (feelings) of being a TRUE Hindustani.
Call some secular Spiritual GURU, eg: SRI SRI RAVISHANKAR, or Science Research scholars to instill among the america born desi children to take up Science and do something for our country!!
Our country needs Spirituality & Science to progress..coz the rest is already available in India.
So next time think Better before the I day celebrations
