The film could have been better. Upendra should have acted better in emotional scenes, though Ambarish as chieftain of village is good. But the star of the film is laila. She has acted very well and this is the main reason to watch the movie.
Uppi, please give us something original like u used to. Direct a movie and write screenplay + dialogues. That's what we have been waiting for since RaktaKanneru.

I think "RaktaKanneru" was a reamke of tamil movie "rattha kanneer" which came in 1960s or 1970s.
