Its a sad story.Industrialisation of this region has been pushed away for years to come.U never know when ur office is going to be pelted and uprooted.I think such plants would have brought a lot of direct and indirect employment to people around. What they have now is neither the land nor the plant. What leadership and what a vision Mamta di.

Mamta BAnerjee, Jyoti Basu and the leaders of their kind who don't have vision for next 1 day , are controlling the State's Future in their hand. The only way they can possibly strive is by encashing on the vote banks of have nots, and so it's in their POLITICAL favour of people remaining Poor, State not progressing so that they can survive their political career even though it means no career for the entire state.
mamta time to time take adverse stand. mamta also teased even atal and adwani in election atime. make alliance with congress and turn again join ndf. now nano is trouble. any state can get opportunity to wel come tata. bhandekar o j [paithan]

Oh how many times does one have to tell you guys..it was the stupid congress who caused this. Mamata leads the Congress and not CPM. Believe it or its them who shuttered the plant. For once, the disgusting CMP had taken a progressive decision. Its a D-Day for Bengal and once a state considered as most progressive now earns the crown of the being the most degressive.
It could be termed poetic justice only if it were not so tragic. Serves the commies right for their irrational resistance to progressive projects outside of the states they rule. But one just feels so sorry and helpless at the plight of Bengal and the country at large. Remember what a wise man has said " It only takes for the good men to do nothing for evil to triumph" So raise your voices and be heard:- WE WANT THIS TO BE THE LAND OF OPPORTUNITY WISDOM AND PROGRESS WHERE THE POOR AT LEAST HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THEIR LOT, NOT A PLACE WHERE THEY WILL BE EXPLOITED FOR ETERNITY BY UNSCRUPULOUS POLITICIANS.

Saurabh..Mamata is not Commie!!! She is a Congress. Hmm I wonder why the center did not intervene and get Mamta kicked out. Only thing she does is 'bharkao' the public.
This is why somebody said, once upon a time there was a saying that India starts from Bengal….. but communists and other political leaders changed its face to such an extent, now the saying changed to ‘India ends at Bengal’..

Get your facts right....Mamta is congress. And surprises - suprises its the congress who casued the closure of the plant. Can you beleive it?
are mai bolta hu dusre state govtments ne tata ko invite karna chahiye ke lo bhai hamrare edr aao aur factory khadi karo aur employment hamare edr generate karo. west bangal ka govt abhitak 17 vi sadi me hai.. tata jaise genius ko ghussa ayega hi, well done tata.
TATA should completly shut down this plant IN west bengal AND RETURN 400 ACRES TO POOR FARMERS with their crop compensation.
He can't play with farmers lives. This incident shows that communists cannot have double standards, they apply one rule for west bengal and another for rest of india.
I hope no industry will now dare to step in West Bengal unless these anti-nationals called communists are thrown out of power..its high time!!
