Reading the rediff blog, I often wonder that this country has no right to survive, rediff is doing a great favor to this country, it is making us know who we really are. We have so much hatred for each others, I really feel that I have enough education and I should leave this country. This country does not have anything to offer to me. Let me quote a "Chanakya slokah"

Which means
The country where people do not have respect or friends or love and where there are no scholars; one should leave that country.

Mamta has nothing to do with Tata or Singur. she is only saving herself from political death.
Tata Nano project would have changed Singur as was done to Jhamshedpur.The TATA iron and steel indusrty is only reason for the development of Jhamshedpur.
Ms.Mamata has totally failed to understand the implication of the Shift of Nano Project from Bengal.
The people of the area would have earned more money due the Nano Project then by agricultural pursuit.The benefits due to this project far outwage the benefits from farming the land
The Nano project is such a prestigius project . Every state is vying for such a project.
Please Ms.Mamata have some sanity and don't spoil development of Bengal.Please forget politics once for the people of Bengal

I doubt farmers of the area would have earned more money due the Nano Project. But for sure lot of CPIM cadre & CITU members can earn a lot. The 400 acre area in replacememt Mamata mentioned belongs to CITU promoters and Govt could not hand over this. Then why are you blaming Mamta.

Why you left out our comrades. They are now tasting their own medicine in their own turf. More than anyone commies are worst. If you want to farming do that. Noone bothers and Tata's didn't get it with force and they got it through WB govt. No indian scientiest and students are coming back to India becuase of these fools.
