This is a fake sale from a failed bank to a actor. just to create false support for a false demand in mumbai properties. I bet you check their tax receipts and you will know the truth.

But Vinod Khanna has paid money earned from political career. 1.25 lakh per sq feet is the white component; black is undisclosed.

Raising prices of land, where is raj thackeray
by Manoj Kumar on May 22, 2008 07:56 PM  Permalink

Is raj dare to talk about this social issue. Rich is becoming richer. Can raj thackeray enforce the government to bring a rule that an individual and his immediate family cannot hold more than two houses in bombay???
Is raj thackeray dare to talk about the bribes taken by the bombay state government employees?
Is raj dare to talk about the food price increase in bombay and lead a procession in the entire bombay against the central and state government?

Blame the government
by ineeduniversalpassport on May 22, 2008 07:30 PM  Permalink

It is the supply demand ratio thats causing the price increase... More the FSI, higher will be the saleable area leading to more built up area.
The FSI in mumbai is in the range of 2, which wen compared to other asian countries is 4.5 to 5. For the FSI to be increased we need better infrastructure in place.
During independence FSI was around 4, but considering the infrastructure then the govt reduced the FSI. But more than 5 decades they haven't thought much about the infrastructure needed.
Instead of developing the infrastructure in the existing places they are interested in developing slums...If iam wrong do correct me...

So what did he get for 31.25 crore? He still does not own a piece of land. If he steps out on his balcony, does he breathe fresh air? What is his view? The slums of Mumbai.

Rich
by murli nair on May 22, 2008 04:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I wonder what justification is there for film stars to be so rich ? They contribute absolutely nothing to society, they create no jobs, no wealth. Yet they are paid in crores, which even a ordinary businessman who creates wealth, jobs cannot dream of. A scientist/teacher/artisan whose discoveries/services can improve human lives cannot dream of so much money.

They are know as state inducers - that is their ability to change or alter your emotional states and that is what makes them so valuable - eg why do you buy a Miachel Jackson audio Cd - cause hearing it again and again gives you pleasure and that is what these musicians or actors are paid for ..... that is it
