Its only an apparant luxuary one experiences through such fly crafts. Travel means should improve in speed, fuel efficiency and economy. why do people look for 5 star luxuary al;ways is not understandable. If you set your mind, travelling through any remote village of India by a bull cart spending Rs5 could be more rewarding and refreshing!Imajine an open bath at the back yard of a bamboo hut atop a green grass hill. Chating with your friends & family at a moon lit yard over a coffee! Nature gives us everything luxuary and penury, but choser's mind set matters..
Nature has clever ways of balancing whatever so called progress we make..This Airbus is going to guzzle thousands of liters of fuel every hour...Such big rooms in an aircraft ? I thought planes were meant for travelling long distances and not for merrymaking. India's rich will again flaunt their wealth by spending on these first class cabins...Alas this is what is sadly called development !!!!

Hmm- Jihadists will probably plan an attack on such big planes. Imagine killing many more hundred more accolades to Allah.. I heard it takes more than hour just to get off the plane, which can take easily 800 people. Any emergency, getting out of the plane will be a nightmare.
Avoid flying in such a behemoth- for safety reasons.

excusez moi! perhaps you may not have heard the real safety figures. in an actual test conducted by Airbus on a real A380, 868 people left the aircraft in just 78 seconds. I am afraid that your 1 hour time is wrong!!!

did u read this ?? "Despite its ability to carry 35 per cent more passengers than its competitor, the A380 burns 12 per cent less fuel per seat - reducing operating costs and minimising its effects on the environment at the same time through fewer emissions."
these pictures are great but ultimately this all boils down to the point that given x amount of space what things you can do with that space..looking at the pictures it seems much can be done..but i wonder how many airlines will be configuring their a380s with the luxuries shown..i think the economics wont allow that because each first class seat accounts for maybe 10-12 economy class seats..think what will happen if they start to go empty..increasing fuel costs, competitiveness wont allow this to happen.
I have seen the comments from all the people out here in the discussion or I would rather call a thunder brainstorming session, but without taking too much time what I would just want to clarify is that if Kingfisher has ordered A380 aircraft as a part of its future fleet, and suppose he is operating this flight from Delhi, do you people think that it will take off from Delhi and land at Delhi itself, as you people say Mumbai can't handle, Bangalore can't handle and so on? Since Kingfisher is still not an international airline and if it takes off from a destination in India obviously it is going to land at another destination in India and that destination could be in any state or city - so this simply means some of the airports will be necessarily geared up to handle the incoming or outgoing flights - so to simply conclude Vijay Mallya is not a dead fool to order a A380 aircraft without a landing facility after a succesful take-off!!!

I want the first pilot to be SC/ST category. That is the right way of recognition. I do hope Arjun Singh takes care of this aspect too.

Be it Raj Thackrey or this person commenting on the lady, they are just blackspots on India's map and a danger for its integrity, showing their true mental age.
