what does this mean? there are nations who have lower inflation than us.we can not be good just because others are bad.the methodology of calculations,no of items,base price etc makes these figures non comparable.hence pl do not mislead the people.

Look for some more bana republics. It is a shame to project stories that 8 % inflation India is now suffering from is in order.Sulabh is right. The biggest mismanagement of the economy and the Nation is what we are all witnessing. And we want to compete with Zimbabwe ? A balanced story would indicate atleast 10 to 20 countries where inflation is lwer than 7 or 6 or 5 %. Do that and then we will undrstand where India stands. S.Vasudevan
The writer is highlighting that Mukesh is highest paid in the country,so what is the benefit to the common man?? Its my suggestion to Indian Govt to make rules that no person is paid salary higher then President of India,if any business firms or companies violates this rule they should be penalised and further should not be allowed to do any business in India and all their assets should be nationalised.

In the last four decades there were no farmers suicides,poor and middle class were able to feed their children two times a day andnow by capitalism middle class became poor and poor at the extinct of fasting daily because of highest inflation in the world and also in India,so a few like Ambanis are becoming trillionairs by suckin poors blood,i can quote hundreds of examples for this.So my dear freind dont think of persons,but think of humanity,why sould millions suffer for the benefit of a few persons

No jealousy but the ways to be questioned is how Ambanis and other netas accumulating wealth in tandem support of each others company by overtaking rights of poor businessmen like small vegetable vendors (Reliance outlets ) etc

But he pays less Income Tax- he does not figure under even top 20 Income Tax payers. Income Tax laws are made to loot middle and higher middle class particularly salaried ones because they are to be punished for not contributing to political party funds! Thats Indian Tax Law. As a percentage of their total income Ambanis pay much less than a ordinary Bank Officer! Can you beleive it but it is true.
