Sir, I request the rediff web director to give the summary of its newsletter (like in this case the 10 nations could be named) on the first page and then extend to additional pages for details. If the aim is to make us view same advt repeatedly or new advt, then it may not serve the purpose as one may not have the patience to wait for Internet response, particularly when it is slow. Pl consider.
There shud be no comparision between India and these coutries . There is no sense doing it. In India , overnight nothing can change . Lets hope for the best in coming future.
In 15 yrs, we, the Indian also not able to use 1 paise,2 paise, 5 paise , 10 paise, 20 paise, 25 paise, 50 paise... 7 coins in 15 years.. because.. u can't buy anything by these... it is a starting.. we would also be on the same way like zimbanbwe..If our stupid politicians not do any thing to recover ......

Fool India has the lowest inflation in ASIA 7.5%. China 8.5% Pakistan 11.3%

Fool , But see excellent infrastructure in china that can never be compared with normal indian infrastructure. Further most of the industries can be opened there in single window system against the 38 approvals required in india. Education and health care are not commercialized in china to the extent it is in india. In india still there is a huge disparity of income between selected cities like bangalore,hydrabhad,chennai,pune and rural places. But inflation affected every segment leavin millions of persons to struggle a lot.
congrats friends, east or west, inflation or GDP india rocks. now inflation in india is going to touch 8%,as per the analysis by this year end it may cross 13% also. so we have chance to be in the top 10 list.
the author must be an idiot, he is comparing with some of the worst countries in the world like zimbabwe,iraq and afghanistahn ,there are more than 150 countries in the world ,try to compare with some developing countries atleast the inflation calculation in india itself is wrong.most of the countries take the retail market price for their calculation whereas indian govt takes whole sale price index. this is very much misleading , if you take the retail price for calculation the inflation is aruound 11% now

the author here is not trying to present a comparative analysis .he is just putting facts about the 10 nations with the highest inflation rate.the author may not be well aware about the calculation part.but he is got his figures rite.
