All the big companies in Retail & Food Processisng industries are storing excessive food products for their future growth. A small farmer cannot store the food grains as he doesnt have space or he is need of urgent Money.
Now the government should rescue the common man by paying high price. Government need to form the regulatory body to watch the food storage by these private players.
Yes, On this purpose Several parties are announced in Karnataka Rs 2/kg and Colour TV to the public/BPL holders. The consumption of food is more becoz population of India goes Billion(as per Census it's million, but were not census covered it will be more). The mediator's are making price hike. There are only two Indian's One who have and have not food. to be continued..............
Instead using such a huge amount for waiving off the farmers laons, it would have been vested for addressing the gap that is emerging to devide shining & sufferings faces of India...right?

Have herd or read or seen banks and governmnet waves crores of rupees of industries. Why are behind just few crores of waving on farmers. Every year cores of ruppes of industries banks wipes outs their NPA and governments gives crores of ruppes subdidies people don;t see that just they have problem if some financial assitance which is also penny given to farmers is behind them
I read recently about a study lasting 3 years, conducted by the World Bank in association with UN Agencies, involving some 400 agricultural scientists on the impact of excessive use of chemical fertilizers during our Green Revolution. The study indicated that large areas of Punjab which contributed to the increased foodgrain production, have now become barren land unsuitable for cultivation. If it is true, who is responsible for this shortsighted agricultural policy? How are we going to put the land again to good use? Can the land be again used for cultivation, or has it gone bad for ever? Is the Government looking into these? Those who were associated with the Green Revolution may like to answer.
