Hi Absolutely like a drop of rain in desert. Thanks for nice words which are reflecting such a positive feeling. Bye Aby
All corporate sector r going deep they r not growing just because of not focus on there aim.. now time to come for John F Welch RULE who has commanded over GE superb.. JACK RULE Each year, Welch would fire the bottom 10% of his managers. He earned a reputation for brutal candor in his meetings with executives. He would push his managers to perform, but he would reward those in the top 20% with bonuses and stock options. He also expanded the broadness of the stock options program at GE from just top executives to nearly one third of all employees. Welch is also known for destroying the nine-layer management hierarchy and bringing a sense of informality to the company.

1980, the year before Welch became CEO, GE recorded revenues of roughly $26.8 billion When Jack Welch left GE, the company had gone from a market value of $14 billion to one of more than $410 billion at the end of 2004
This happens everywhere in India as well as elsewhere in the world. If u see in Gulf (Indians citizens) 75% employees do their non relevant jobs. I am a oracle database administrator working is good company with good salary, but i started/.appointed as a data entry operator. After joining I realized that computer was not working. I was supposed to work in carpentry division as a carpenter. Though I struggled that time even with that kind of job didn%u2019t give up hope to become a hardcore IT professional. SO dear friends never give up in life. Employer can better employee than us, same time we to can get employer that present one. Many times we think that that company offer more salary than what my company is paying for me. Why can%u2019t I join for that company? It is because I m not able to get that%u2019s job because of my incapability. However our real r struggle will defiantly help us one time in life.

I am a software engineer and working on a decent profile, after fighting, initially they hired me for my profile and wanted me to be a telemarketer. You have to fight to gain back ur dignity. They pay me so less and I am not going to stick to this place for a minute if I get a better opportunity. Its Tit For Tat..
hi i worked with con****ys thane on the technical adsl calls for op**s an australian Telecom giant with 100% stake of Sin*t*l I HAD TO SIGN SIX MNTH BOND i was asked to take continous calls they divided my work to 9 hours a day out of which 1 hour was divided in to TWO 15 minutes break and ONE 30 mins break and you have to attend to you nature calls during this time only and besides the duration foR the calls were confined to approx 8 minutes noT more than that no matter what the complexity of the issue the customer is facing so if u divide 7 minutes by 8 hours the time given that u have to talk and talk and attend to that many customers or else you job is in danger and your team lead and managers will be after you life my manager wa ajit a real pain i had to leave the job without getting my dues after having worked for nearly for 1 and half years. he never gave me my relieving and my pf money for that many days i worked i lost all of them and now they say they dont know me though i have the i card and other details still with me and the salalry statements. the HR never picks up the phone and the secuity will not let u in. strage but true so much for having worked for the firangs it is like the indian police we have in the old days who would shoot to kill their own blood for the firangs.
this is very true ... people from the second grade B school are treated like this -- in MNC companies --- Morever it's shame that these HR people who also came from this time early in there period --will conduct or give the task to the freshers -- at least they should respect them and whatever ill-effect they have faced they should not let go down from there end to the newly freshers boys or girls ---

The experience with ICICI bank/ other ICICI institutions, of even corporate customers is no better than that of employees - they EXCEPT in technology, ICICI bank offers nothing and has a shaky future unless it improves on its value systems.

THis is worse institution not only eating peoples money under various scheme the way cheat people inthe name of returns on investment and project false data of last 10 years growth is amazing lier and fraudulent means and schems bank of India in private sector.
To all the youngsters. Study CA rather than doing a low profie MBA or Engineering Course. These BPOs and others are ill-treating the low profile graduates. My advice to all ... study CA or CS. No quota issues, no reservation issues...
RE:choose correct course of study

that is very correct ... becoz of the hype created by newspapers, business magazines ... our youngsters are dazzled by MBA .... well MBA is good but doing CA is a better option, if you do not get into the top 5-6 B-schools
