ICICI Prudential is the toughest company to work for in India. In general the insurance sector is a tough sector to work. I know a few of my friends who work in the insurance sector that ICICI Pru hires young management graduates cheap and if they do not perform for the first month they are shown the door. Literally it has grown by whipping hunters on its agents.
