Will this Pay hike also be applicable for employees of companies such as IFCI, BHEL???
I got a job in IFCI and `m supposed to join by next month probably...so will my salary also increase or not...please throw lite on this

the pay hike is effective for all psu's and central govt. employees - please note that PSU's having JV companies and PPP's are bnot liable for the hike grave Injustice is'nt it what say?

Hmmm...so u mean to say, since IFCI is not a fully goverment owned company, pay hike wont be applicable on tht??
But its a semi governemnt company and a joint sector holding.....
I m not sure whether it will be applicable or not...Please throw some light on this..

Where will your DA and other benifits increase every year. This is only tip of salary mountain. Other benifits like LTA,medical,pension, Schools for ONGC and others, Flats (isro colony,ONGC colony etc). Free Plots , medicines, cheaper goods ???????? what will be sum now !!!

Hey Dumbo, The pay rise will be effective from Jan 2006 onwards. It is being revised now, but applicable from Jan 2006.

Government must pay more farmers, unorganised employees, unemployed youth, students, women etc. Then 6th pay commission is much acceptable.
Govt is actually divide the the society in to many parts A, B, C.... class citizen of india. Kam na karne ki itni salary wah. 6 th pay commission bribe non working benefits = lots of money.
psu banks like sbi,pnb shd also increase salaries by 100-200%. i mean a person with 20 yr exp in a psu bank gets 5 lacs and a person with 0 exp gets 5 lac in pvt bank

This is nothing but an extension of the success formula by the DMK Govt in Tamilnadu! They started this trend of squandering public money for election gains.Gave away free colour TVs,gas connections,Land etc. They reaped rich dividents and are ruling the TN govt. and also have a big say in the National politics! Taking the cue from them, now the Central Govt is also throwing party to its employees across board!

Wats wrong in that ...
Land : Many barren lands are there in TN without any cultivation .. so by giving the land to poor with an condn to audit ..makes the barren fertile.. i mean productive
Gas Connection : You know Running cost of Gas connection is cheaper than getting a subsidised kerosene.. indirectly its benefit for govt...

u know many ppl in villages dont know wats happening like who is their CM or ... also even ppl dont know their ex CM ( MGR) hav died.. this improves their knowledge whom to vote
