sun le bhai, when they only manufacture the american or european designed product, then these have good quality, but when they design themselves and manufacture, these are all rubbish and use and throw type
These guys look like lagaan team wlling to take on mighty Tatas. Oly difference could be that they are not doing anything in their own. They just want to import cheap Chinese cars and sell them in Indian market and make some quick bucks. To me they are a bunch of quacks
If you are a Commoner, then you know that if you've seen one govt flat you've seen them all.
If however if you are say, Sonia G of 10 Janpath the govt will spend Rs. 5,15,000/- of the taxpayers' sweat and blood per annum on your home.
If you are Priyanka G (of 35 Lodhi Estate) -- Rs. 3,90,000/-. If you are Rahul G (of 12 Telegraph Lane) -- Rs. 3,55,000/-. And, (drumroll), if you are MMS (of 7 Race Course Road) -- Rs. 55,57,000/-.
there is no doubt that its a lovely concept but what about the electricity. i belong to a very small village and we get electricity for few hours everyday, even in this era of booming economy and all. if i buy this car i may not be able to drive once a month. whole aura of growth is just overshadowing the basics and we are still struggling for clean water, electricity. why govt doesnt make an effective plan of tackling floods by diverting rivers to the parts of the country where people are dying for a glass of water. i just wanted to say that you can sell these cars for 10K if you wish but still a common man cant afford it or to me it doesnt sound pragmatic.

Please read the entire article....
It says
"Some of the cars that are available at the moment at the company's factory are left-hand drives as "they are meant for the markets in the United States and China," informed Ganguly. "Those meant for the Indian market are being reassembled at our workshops.""
