For shake of country and for development of India, pls don't VOTE for Congress.

Achievement of Congress last 60 years !!

1) Division of India by Mohan das karmachand Gandhi.
2) Kashmir issue by Jawaharlal Nehru.
3) defeat of 1962 (LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI who did not give permission to establish ordinance factory).
4) Indri Gandhi, she is the ladie who has mixed politics and cream together, LTTE is created by her only.
5) Division of Indian people in the name Religion, region, cast.

No encouragement to Green
by raghava palwai on Mar 17, 2008 12:20 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Budget 2008 gives a negative picture to the real estate developers constructing energy-efficient (green) buildings. The industry which expected the finance minister to exempt the green quotients of construction from tax is disappointed with non-committal behaviour of the Finance Minister.

-      By giving tax break to the energy-efficient buildings, the government will lose just 3-4 % of the tax component it gets from the organised construction industry, which is minimal

-      But the exemption would encourage more and more players to go for green buildings

-      Such a step would have earned India respect globally and would have given an opportunity to earn Carbon Credits in future

-      We are at a crucial stage where Global warming is effecting the entire planet and these measures were necessary to encourage people to go green

-      It is criminal on the part of the Finance Minister for not giving a tax break

-      Alternately the FM should have taxed the conventional energy sources has they are eating into our natural resources / reserves

Infrastructure Budget
by mahesh soni on Mar 17, 2008 11:48 AM  Permalink

I feel that Govt had put attention to Infrastructure in last 4 years and its time for Corp India to allow Govt led by congress to atleast give people and agri budget specially in election year..

most of the corp india does not excercise its voting rights in the election and they pay heavy money for getting nomination in Rajyasabha.

They are real culprits and givt should puncish to them.

Thanks.
