That's a good target. But the question is, Has the central government really done anything substantial to achive that target. They are riding on Modi's policies and trying to take advantage of this. How ironic?
Has the cetral government set target of any other state that high? I don't think so. This shows what Gujrat brings to the table. And before anyone says I am trying to seperate Gujrat from India, That is absolutly false. For me Gujarat's development is for India's development. I hope all the parts of India achive high growth rate and make India one of the developed nations of the world.
