The decision taken by Kaushlendra has definitely left all of us in tizzy with our mouths wide open. One really needs to have greatguts to do something of this sort.He looks to be a person with a vision, otherwise he, too, would have opted for more lurative MNC offers with huge salaries. All I would say to this fellow is ..........BARVO young man, we need more of innovative people like you to revolutionize INDIA to achieve her path of global glory. It seems Kuashlendra has just set the tone to push Indian farmers out of trouble which undoubtably is the need of hour. INDIA is Awaking.
He is a Agri-Business Graduate from IIM-A ; which is a different program from the flagship MBA program (which generally makes all the news for placements etc.). The Agri Business Mgmt Program (ABM) takes in around 30 people per year with different criteria than the MBA as the ABM program attracts people who have an Agri Background and thus dont compete on the same scores of CAT with others. So it is vastly easier to get into the ABM program than the MBA program. However, that does not mean his endeavor is not worthy of appreciation - its quite laudable.
Hey Buddy...i seriously appreciate you thought of helping the farmers and also chasing ur dream ..I wish u ll the best..and if luck gives a chance..i wud also like to be a part of this wonderfull n good project...
Hello Kaushalendra, Congratulations and best wishes for the project. Food is produced in villages, not in cities. It is the farmers who are the real pillars of the nation. But in India, they are ignored or marginalised. Middle men and financiers are exploiting them othen driven to commit suicide. It is nice of you to think at grass root level, involving farmers into partnership and giving their due share. There would be many discouraging experiences. treat it as test on your ability to manage crisis and overcome it. Trust and believe farmers; they will help you to grow and earn glory. Wishing you happiness, peace, good health, goodness and success. Natural Health Foundation, naturallife@rediffmail.com
