Not with the "help" of wind, but electricity. BUt they would be generating electricity through wind turbines. HIgher floors have the advantage of moving winds at greater speeds than ones closer to the ground.
This is really a great achievement for an architect. Never ever we dreamt that some thing would come up like this. I congratulate David Fisher for this and once everthing is done then people would wonder instead of saing Odd thigs. I am a Big YES for it and would take this word forward.......Ebby
THEY SHOULD THINK ,BEFORE THEY ACT ALL DREAMS DOESN'T COME TRUE, THEY HAVE TO BE REALISTIC TO ATLEAST SOME EXTENT.....ONE CANNOT BE EXPERT IN PRACTICING EVERYTHING.....EVEN A SINGLE GAP IN PLANNING WILL LEAD TO A BIG PROBLEM,,,PROBABLY UNIMAGINABLE......DO THEY HAVE A VALID REASON TO GO FOR IT??

There will always be poor people. There's no reason for the rich to alter their lifestyle nor for innovators to stop their work. There is no connection.
