well written no doubt, if not prosaic. also that skills are better learnt in day to day life, but finishing schools are useful in a limited context. regards

I disagree with all of you guys. It was a good article..may be copy from other wide spread places, but its comprehansive and put together in a well organized consumable manner. It open our eye to the future, since many of the points indicated have been a conflict in many of the professional minds, especially those who have 10 years of work experience. We can see the changes in front of us and its taking time to decide which way is the better way.. This article show us the direction, so that we can focus on that line for better.
