India will follow this soon by bringing over a economic coach from Australia(may be an europian or American). Then will blame him for all the nuisance the Indian politicians will cause.
this is what a well educated society would do. In india people are literate but not educated. these people never have second thoughts on developing their country. In India there would be question in parliament and all TV channels "Do we require and alien to teach us these things". All the very best to France.
excellent!... France Has recognised the need for a neutral economist to advise on growth.. Wonder when would India form such an "effective" committee of economists rather than bunch of political puppets and rewrite the economic trends in India..

I think Indian Govt. should take the opinion of such great living legends without any hesitation to achieve 10% growth rate. Is there any voice of the people in this democratic country or these politicians just do what they feel good.Thx
