Imperialism is always bad. To all those morons who think British rule was good, please note that India's contribution to global economy at that time was 25% , during and after british rule it has become negligible.They destroyed permanently one of the most vibrant industry which provided employment -cottage industry. The self reliance of each Indian was snatched away. Today in our society , if you are serving somebody or some organization, then you have status if you have your own industry and are earning more than your next door BPO chap , you are a nobody.Slavish mentality
