The article is informative. We would like to know as to how the basic needs of these people i.e. food, rest, sleep, medical aid,(if need be)are arranged. It seems the people have to stay for about 15 days in the quarantine.
Rediff has simply re-uploaded the same article that was posted last year during the budget. The FM didnt fly to London this year around the budget time.
I got the fact why the union budget is keep secret till it is disclosed to all...Because unless untill it is disclosed to all, the transparency is said not to be well equipped.
too much hype about an annual ritual. One more much ado about nothing. Lets see the realities. The budget addresses mainly issues such as modifications in excise duties, custom duties, direct taxes, indirect taxes and allocations to specific programmes. Knowing Exise and customs duties in advance may help specific industry segments therby impacting stock market. Guys, the FM's proposals have to be Okeyed by passing the finance bill by both the houses. Till then its just that - Proposals. lets stop being naive that accept that there is no enigma about budget. The writing on the wall is clear if u follow the economics of it. Just another gimmick of the Government to show that it works when actually there is very little in terms of implementation. Whoever posted this article bout so and so going in the dead of the night is all bull crap. Babus are babus.
