I think it will be a big effort to refund money to all the passengers who have booked tickets. I don't think we are going to get refund.

what about uttarakhand, there is no new train from mumbai. he is antiuttarakhandi ! so actually he anty mumbaiya, anti east west north south !
becoz under UPA/NDA all rail ministers were from BIHAR ___ Lallu / Nitish / Ramvilas /Mamata(WB) and so Mumbai / gujrat and rest of india was always overlooked
Its realy a nice budget. I remember when ministers were more concentrating on the benifits of Contractors and suppiliers while Lalu looked at the benifits of Passenger.
Few Points to be looked. 1) Improve in Catering service and cleaning 2)Improve in response system ( a nation wide help line) 3) Special efforts to remove decogestion and increase in average speed of train it should now move 80 from 60

It's easy to speak, have you ever noticed the conditions of Indian Railway. It is going worse and worse everyday, No security, No cleanliness, no time management. No increase of facility, we not need of the cheap travel it is amean of cheap popularity. Try to incraese the standard of Indian railway.
Reasons for profits of Railways. Selling tickets in black (Tatkal) Back door charging (surcharge on out station booking) Front door charging (Rename the trains as super fast) People are fools.
