Outsourcing more in India,s favour ....due to the climatic and weather conditions........
by shobana nair on Mar 01, 2008 05:51 PM  Permalink

As the climate and weather is favourable in India better than any other nation,it keeps the work time in proper setting through out the year. The man power in India is more skilled to do the work handling any stress in the job at a reasonable speed. So when all these go in favour of jobs done in India surely more jobs will keep shifting to India demanding more skilled work at reasonable rate.

And whats wrong in Body shopping? It is a business model that we Indians have tapped and made successful. And what is your problem if desis are minting money from it. Every human being in this world has the right to make money within the guidelines of legal framework. And whats wrong in self promotion..all businesses in the world have the right to promote themselves. If you have the guts open a body shopping company and try to run it and then only you will understand the challenge of running a business.

Do social work, be happy.
by bihari babu on Feb 13, 2008 02:53 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

True happiness come with serving your society, nation with full streingth and passion. When U know from inside that you have made a difference. People may not appreciate you. Just inner knowing of serving well is enough to cause great inner satisfaction.
Problem in india is every body want to be first big man, neta then i can serve. thats wrong attitude.
A simple example. When u do social work people laugh at u and say millions are poor how many would u help ? they dont realise that even if u have helped only 1 person in your entire life to live a high standard, better life. u have made tremndous different in this society. since that one person can do good to thousands. you never know. Thats really a point we should try to understand.
And of course ultimate hapiness come by swadhyaya like yoga, mediation, self enquiry. Thats why i promote sri sri, vipassana, landmark forum, osho dhara etc. they all help u in big way. jai hind.

I think what Raj explained is the ground reality. I've been working in UK and seen positive perception on outsourcing from share holders, VCs and Hedge Fund managers. Companies who have already outsourced operations (even partially) have gained a competitive edge and are relatively performing well. Other hand, those who haven't, are pressurised to follow this tried and tested route.

Yes, outsourcing will require lot of ground work to be done and may work negatively if not properly planned. However, given the market perception, I believe India is going to benefit for some more time to come.

Meantime, we need to differentiate ourselves from other low cost countries purely on quality and consistency.

Its going to be all over for india in 2 to 3 years. Look at the crime rate cultural degradation and insecurity in the society at large.

Ranjan Sinha beaware of raj Thakre
by Commentator on Feb 12, 2008 05:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Mr. Sinha, if more and more jobs are shifting to India, and part are shifting to Mumbai, do check with Raj Thakre before you recruit north indian people or people from other countries to work for your esteemed client in Mumbai. Raju here is your chance to jump for publicity again

This is nonsence to drag Raj in any field. He is not against people paying tax and living peacefully. He is against who suck our blood by using free water, electricity and keeping cows in city like Mumbai and also bringing criminals from UP, Bihar.

Hi Ghanasham
I do not know whether you are using milk or not but one thing i am sure is million in mumbai needs milk for tea / coffee etc.

Milk is an essential commodity, that only a bihari can supply (as per your own version). why you want to punish your fellow men in your quest to punish Bihari people. think it you will not find any reason in your write up

Ok But Raj Thakre or whoever is not supposed to insult
our National Language at any cost(as happened in Pune).
And dont forget north indians helped a lot to make Mumbai economic capital of India as min 65% people in bollywood from north india.(e.g.Kapoor,Khanna,Dharmendar,Jeetenedra,Shatru and Bachachan)
