Nothing new
by Vijay Kumar Singhal on Feb 18, 2008 10:03 AM  Permalink

The list contains mainly all Metros and biggest cities. It does not need a Shirlauck Homes to find out that these are spreading most rapidly by default, becasue everybody wants to go to a Metro and because all facilities are available in metros and big cities.

Something missing
by sajansajan on Feb 17, 2008 11:20 PM  Permalink

f India is growing at 8.5 % and most of this growth is urban centric (agriculture had negative growth rate of 2% i think and its 30% of economy) then the urban india has to grow at a rate of at least 13%. Its simple maths. If no Indian city is growing at more than 11% then where is growth coming from? Something is amiss.
