So you think it is really true-Cities in top 10 are mostly from North-Surat,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Pune,Kolkata,Burdhaman,New Delhi.Get your geography lesson first.Idli aaachars only have IT knowledge, still are born idiots.

When Srinath didnt mention any other city except the 3 idlis-Chennai,Hyd and Bangalore-I knew what he meant-And Idlis think anything above AP is north-which is true in relative sense.

Of course just the 3 cities that r doing well, just a few years back Karnataka was in a stage where Bangalore was going great guns, and there were over 50 districts in Karnataka struggling with drought. Which is precisely the reason that inspite of having bangalore, karnataka or any of the south states have not been able to make it to the top 5 rich states. It has always been punjab, haryana, maharashtra and gujrat. There are plenty of cities in south apart from the big 3, but are they even worth mentioning??

And what about Tamilians and mallus settled in Delhi and Mumbai?? Just that they get treated a lot better in Delhi than southies treat the outsiders. Mumbai has seen such problems because of Shiv Sena and now MNS for a long time, in 80s and 90s they were anti-southies in bombay, then they became anti-muslims, and now they are anti UP-Bihar. Difference is that while in Mumbai this outsider bashing is only political, in south outsider bashing is like a hobby of the people. Here u r talking about south, north.. anyone here who has been to bangalore or chennai would tell u how much kannadigas talk rubbish about tamilians and vice versa

Very good and smart conclusion Srinath..Hope this makes you a more fulfilled and Happy individual. Democratically elected politicians in a real sense reflect the underlying population quality. People get what they deserve. Any positive/economic/movie/culture/social discussion on rediff ends up with a s*it throwing match between various groups/sect/cultures and all other million seperatists in the "nation". And this is just the "educated" class showing their true color!!Imagine the garbage accumulated in the minds of "Indians" overall!! No discussion ends without involving someone's mother, sister, parentage and other wide varieties of bad languages. And we still wonder why the heck we are still ruled by the likes of Laloo Prasads, Karunanidhis,Karats, Sonias,Raj Thackerays..etc and also a bulk of dynastically annoted democratic leaders like Scindias, Deoras, Pilots and Gandhis, ofcourse!! Good luck...India and Good Luck Srinath.

mihan international cargo project will produce more than 5000 jobs in city. satyam and many more it gaints r starting their operations shortly. boing(usa) is started its overhalving,repair and maintenance plant here. tata along with boing has formed a new compny to manufactured spare parts for aerospace. so i think u r convinced now or u need more dose
As a neutral observer frm mumbai having stayed in most of the metropolis I wld like to give my opnions abt the foll cities:
kolkata: ves:It is real nice city with helpful people.Bit laid back but people have strong opinion .Delightful food splly fish,also football is a big thing here. -ves:Its a bit messy and unorganised,bandhs are real frequent tnx to political goons
chennai: Firt of all I feel there lot of misconceptions abt the city,most of people tell me its an unfreindly city but I dont see so. Ya the people dont understand hindi but that doesnt make them unfreindly,people over here are well mannered,decent,polite. infrastructure is really good compared to other cities,food of all types is avail now as say few yrs ago. -ves:People go overboard abt politics n filmstars.U have to be here to see the craze.
Surat: ves"U have to be in this city to see it.I think this city is going to rock big time,buisness runs in the blood of the people here.This is an budding entepreuner dream. -ves:Public lifestyle is sort of OK.people r not that outgoin n happening more sedate n family oriented.
jaipur is the most beautiful historical city.Its infrastucture is very nice.Historical forts is the main attraction of the city.This city is known for Jewellery and heavy range lahnga chunni clothes.

Bhaiyaji, This list is not for beautiful or historical cities, but for fastest growing cities.
There is not a single city which will improve indian economic growth, the situation in all over india in every city is getting worst and worst in terms of every thing,poor peoples are getting more poor and poor and richer is getting rich and rich day by day, this country is going nowhere. Like one of the statement in film Namastey London, after independence Gundaas are ruling over India

I dont agree with that; growth is inevitable and is irrespective of the leader or the party! Entite economy is on growth path, and Hyderabad too is growin rapidly. But we still need to work to catch B'lore in IT and PUNE in Manufacturing. Sadly we don't have a lobby at the center (like Maharashtra or Tamilnadu) who always try to get the big chunk from whatever Center is giving or from any Company Interseted in India. We need to grow......

Naidu's revolution was only in IT sector, there is no development in any other sector in Hyderabad, and for your information let me tell you that call centres are owned by rich peoples,companies are owned by rich peoples,construction companies owned by rich peoples, these rich peoples is getting richer and richer day by day
