What will happen to our BPO business

What will happen to our BPO business if such incidents repeat in future. What are the different alternatives we should arrange as proactive and preventive measure. What are those, it is a big question. It is the time now that we have to evolve new alternative solutions by collective efforts in order to avoid such situation.

Nothing is going to fat cat BPOs (they will get their pound of flesh from ISPs). The only suffers are household and small business entities who subscription ranges from 64kbps-2mbps

Yes Boss, also created so much dependency. Please think of the businesses that have been affected - particularly those which found a backup link too costly ,or did not bother to get one!
