COURIER RECD IN OPEN CONDITION.
by AKS KO on Oct 21, 2008 11:11 AM  Permalink

I had snt a courier b professional couriers on 16 oct 2008, i firly believed in the co for its prompt delivery. but this time i was shocked to c my couried was recd in opened and sealed again condition with things missing inside. i had couriered a birthday card and rs. 1000 to my mom on her birthday. my mom just recd the card in an open condition and found that 1000 rs were missing. when i informed the branch here i was shocked to get a rude reply from them. i also informed the head office but they just bullied me and gave me answers which were untrue. they just denied that it was not their duty.
they r just blaming the octroi ppl. if they have doubt in the parcel they should check it in front of the sender and not behind him.
bull shit to PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. never going to send anything again by professional.
hell to professional who are not at all professionals.

Consignment sent thru Blazeflash Courier
by Amrish Sachdeva on Aug 20, 2008 05:29 PM  Permalink

I sent a letter thru Blazeflash Courier vide Docket No.211019408 on 24/7/08.The promised time was 48 hours, even after 7 days it was not delievered.I sent a feedback thru their website, the company never responded.I wrote a mail to , ,; all the mails were returned undelievered.
There was absolutely no response from the company even after I left my Contact No. and Email id. These so called courier company and just minting money and dont't give a SHIT to the concerned customer. The said courier which was sent from NOIDA to SOLAN (H.P.) was eventually received by me (sender). On the packet I had mentioned all the details including the Mobile No. of the receiver but to no avail. I wish these company can be put to task for failing to deliever the consignments and they should be made to bear the cost borne by the addressee plus delayed charges and a heavy penalty to satisfy the clause of the services.
Regards,
Amrish Sachdeva

Showing ID proof
by Prince .NET on Aug 18, 2008 05:06 PM  Permalink

The couries never deliver the consignments without noting down personal details like ID number and phone number. Are they not supposed to be confidential and personal. Instead the courier companies take us for a ride making it mandatory to disclose personal information to deliver a parcel which legitemately belonging to us. It is Ok if the courier guy checks the identity by seeing the proof. But them making a written note thus compromising one's personal data is asking too much.
We are left with no choice other than giving the details as otherwise the guy will simply return.
Anyone have some suggestions ??

In most cases private courier service is better
by shivkumar on Aug 13, 2008 11:45 AM  Permalink

Contrary to what has been said in the story, I am not happy with the postal service. Most of my personal mails when sent through courier service reaches promptly and I receive promptly that also delivered on hand. The postman just throws away the letters and unregistered packets inside the gate. He will not even give a call. Some of the letters and magazines thrown down even in pouring rain. The magazines which I am subscribing to gets inordinately delayed or goes missing. When the postman is refused gifts on occasions of festivals etc, more of such things happen. The elite courier service providers may be resorting to the things described in the story. The delivery men just follow instructions of the company so they are not to be blamed.

Wonder if YSR has insisted on naming the facility as Rajiv Gandhi Software Centre.
