wht is it do with north's? why don't u go ahead and prove something
Rediff, please think logically before making big headlines. You are wasting so much of badwidth worldwide. Can you think this car can ever come on roads? Even I have built embedded systems which I dont think will ever come alive in business. Please understand when Nano itself cant convince many, how can a coffin shaped car replace a BMW/Merc/Audi or our very own Maruti/Santro? Please stop rubbish online. I know media in India is birty business. You guys need news, not the news that can uplift the lifestyle of poeple, or educate them. Waiting for rediff closure someday.

rightly said. for that matter, this car is not even close to the world record for mileage which stands at 3000 kmpl by honda. these guys did a good job, but such articles by rediff force people to condemn the entire drama.
We need to be empathetic to the College Student who have done this as a college project, atleast now they understand the Engine Dynamics and do better in their own streams and area of subject.
its pity on the Rediff Editor who posted this headline, i would have expected something "Elite Innovative Youths" as the headlines, giving the credit to the youths, rather then calling a bunch of moving parts as a CAR.
I can make a car that will run 10,000 Km per litre.
But that will be made of paper and will have nothing else except engine and wheels. Not much power either. But once it gets going, it really gets going. Finally, question is - is that a new invention?

btw, i am not expecting to come in the way of car either when it really gets going. That was 10,000 Km/litre mileage. Oooohhaha
I think some details missing. If it is a really efficient, it might have observed by some automobile company. So it is another kind of cheating like petrol.Anyhow, congrats for this advertisement.
