The research is complete only when we come to know what happened to their ventures. Also, everybody talks of ventures only from IIM/IIT people as it is considered their notional loss is more. Behind every 1 successful venture there are more than 10 that fail. In booming economic condition it always happen that people venture out on their own. Many return to the corporate world quitely or go to do PhD in Foreign universities. Not to say don't try but the discussion should be balanced at both ends and just only should not excite readers into believing that everyone who ventures out will definitely succeed.

Manish...it may be better for ppl like u to slog all their life in 9-5 jobs.. even if they fail I will have more respect for these boys rather than a bootlicker who earns 10 times more...
what about my own contributions when i have worked as a scholar for the cause of entrepreneurship with no honour/ rewards/compensation/recognition /rehabilitationwith historical contributions to nation and world community for highest honours under consideration
Even the MNCs which we are talking about were once small time start-ups few years or decades back. So , guys you are doing a great job. You are the next generation Corporate Heroes.
We are proud of our juniors.Keep it.Rather than serving in MNC be a king in your small business.Provide employment for few and give back something to the society

Mr.Swaminathan some of the IIM and IIT who dies not accept fat corporate offer are thinking for the long term and their motive is to for the self development, society and does bother much for money. They never see money and work. They are working for their own satisfaction. These younsters are mentally happy than people who run after money and forget their friends and relatives.
