CORRUPTION SOLE CRITERIA!!!
by K NAGARAJAN on Apr 25, 2008 12:04 PM  Permalink

'BLACK MONEY' PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN PRICE RISE, I WAS TOLD THAT TO GET PWD CONTRACTS ONE HAS TO PAY AS HIGH AS 50%, BESIDES EVERY TRADER/INDUSTRIALIST HAS TO PAY ALL POLITICIAL PARTIES, AT ALL LEVELS, REGULAR 'BRIBE' IN ORDER TO LIVE PEACEFULLY. HOW WILL THEY RECOVER SUCH COSTS, IT'S PURELY FROM CONSUMERS. HENCE BY NOT MAKING ANY MOVE TO CONTROL CORRUPTION, WITH MR. MANMOHAN SINGH, WHOSE CREDIBILITY IS UNQUESTIONABLE, AT THE HELM OF AFFAIRS IS OLE RESPONSIBLE. HE SHOULD HAVE APPOINTED A COMMITTEE, HEADED BY POLITICIAN, TO FIND WAYS AND MEANS OF BRINGING THE CORRUPTION TO COME TO AN END AND WOULD HAVE SIMULTANEOUSLY ANNOUNCED 'VDS'.

inflation effects
by AUGUSTINE DIAGO DIAS on Apr 25, 2008 12:03 PM  Permalink

till the ruling government seriously decides to adopt a policy of mass rejuvenation & working toward enrichment/empowerment of the people staying below poverty line, there is going to be no imrpovement. How do you expect the govt to control inflation when they allowed it to cross 9.00 & now since elections are nearing , they are putting efforts which have not been successful.
Politics & Politicians in India are all busy making money for themselves. this inflation is to their advantage. The gap between the rich & the poor is huge & growing.
LEt the people who have money pay for the inflation & give concessions to people living below poverty line.
why should govt offer concessions to the rich. Can;t they recover income tax on the un declared income & assets by so many business men/politicians & bureucrates.
they do not have the will & the guts to do it since they have to run their party activities with these peoples funds.
we need a change in the way tis country is run by such self servicing people

BJP'S HUMAN CHAIN. Does human chain have any relation with human trafficking? By the way, human chain is the best way to convey money and knife to the long way. These leaders never show their unity except these things.

CPI M ND CONGRESS SHOULD BE BANNED...................................

IN REFERNCE TO ELECTION I WOULD ADVICE MR.ADVANI
NOT TO GO FOR ELECTION AS LIKE THIS ONLY THE COUNTRY IS REELING UNDER PRESSURE AND AGAIN ELECTION WILL PUT MORE BURDEN.... THE CURRENT GOVT DURING LAST ELECTION THEIR AGENDA WAS THAT IF NDA COMES IN POWER THEN THEY WILL INCREASE OIL PRICES AND THIS WAY THEY MADE FOOL TO OTHERS AND GAINED POWER SO NOW ALL CURRENT RULING AND SUPPORTING MEMBERS SHOULD GIVE MONEY FROM THEIR POCKET TO TAME INFLATION AND PRICE RISE & WHAT CONGRESS SHOULD DO THEY SHOULD RESIGN AND LEAVE AND NDA SHOULD BE GIVEN THE POWERS THAT TOO WITHOUT ELECTION SO THE PUBLIC CANNOT BURDENED BY ELECTION COST

by Suresh Babu on Apr 25, 2008 11:59 AM  Permalink

When price of essential commodities is abnormally high, what the UPA Govt. has done is banned export of Steel and Cement. Is this action on the part of a govt. at centre is correct?
