India Bleeding
by Ekalavyan Acharyan on Apr 11, 2008 01:39 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Four years, BJP Govt was proclaiming that "India is shining". Now, congress has made it "India is bleeding".

What a difference four years can make!

Not shining was not bad, but bleeding is certainly harmful.

WEll it is really surprising during the time of NDA and especially Mr atalji the intrest rate on home loan were only 7 percnet people were able afford house.suddenly the to said expert of our country mms and pc came to power and change the situation home loan intrest rate gone up housing demand is reduced but the price for steel ,cement is sky rocketing.so house become only dream for middle class.where as atalji has done two thing created road infrastructurer and also tried to built the india for indians in their own way.Now these expert first they made house only dream for middle class ,they reduce the intrest rate for senior citizen, they are now also playing for comoditties with the help of agriculture minister so making life more miserable to the common people.so no house ,no infrastructrer ,no food this type of situation they are going to create for common man.Every time they make farmer foolish and say we are waviving off their debt but why they are not setting up a mechanism so farmer need not to borrow.why there is no infrastructurer for farminng in inda?Apart from this what about the common men staying in the metro and small city those who are working with shops and other small establishment.I would say the goverment has done nothing in last 5 years except creating useless controversie.

Globalisation, per se, is not bad; Government should have taken safeguards to protect farmers much earlier; if this write off had come in the first or second year of UPA assuming office, things would have been far far better. But they bungled for four years and now in the fifth year in office, they blame NDA and that is not going to convince anyone, even within the party or with the allies; the Left allies are stupid and tie this government's hands on every front. Government should have said to the Left, hell with you, we go our ways and you go yours. Left who are the barking dogs would never bite.

FIRST STOP UNPRODUCTIVE SPENDING
by shankar aurade on Apr 11, 2008 01:38 PM  Permalink

Govt. should stop unproductive spending
:- should not implement 6 th pay commission.
:- Restrict production of unproductive vehicles like cars, bike. bycycle should be given free to govt employees for shorter distnaces.
:-proper attention should be given on agriculture. only allocating funds does not bring result. Free equipments should be provided to samll & marginal farmers. 24 hr irrigation facility to all farmers with 24 hr uninterrupted electricity.
:- RBI may increade CRR by 1 %
:- efficient use of Public Distribution System.
these are only some steps to curb inflation. govt should study & implement all factors regarding inflation. only taking action when rate crosses 5 % is not a good Idea.

Main political parties of India, Congress and BJP have been imposing American globalization on Indian people for last 15 years. Both of the parties claim the economic policy has 'human face'. The truth is that nobody sees any 'dog face' even.

Left parties will not do political tamashas as congress toppled previous two coalition governments. In one case their reason was finding two police intellegence officers near their leaders' house for toppling a government.Left only helped to give stability to this coalition government. They were mainly against Pension privitisation and Nulear deal with the USA.All other interests of coporates and FDIs were well protected by Manmohan - Chidambaram- Montek alliance. For those who are wathing the deeds of the left can understand what they are doing. They need no certificate from any one else.Congress and BJP are representing the very rich people of this country who represents a small proportion of population in this country. With the assistance of corporate controlled media they could create a thought among the educated that India is growing under neo-liberal policies.Success picture of these policies are propagated in a very well organised manner. They are thinking that poor of India are getting enthralled by hearing news like TATA purchasing British car companies/Mittel buying foreign steel companies. They are making Chidambaram a hero by proclaiming that he is going to waive RS.60000 crore of farm loan while hiding the fact more than RS. 1,60000 crores of bank loan is pending with corporates which is being waived regularly.

Dear ALL

KEWal CHARCHA BAHADUR hone se kuch nahi hota.Development par do shabd likhne se rashtra pragati nahi kartaa. Rashtra ki unnati tab hoti hai jab ham tyag par adharit jivan jeetein hai. Aise bahut se kshetra hai jo ham ghar baithe kar sakte hai.

Lessons from inflation. Never let economists run the economy. Or Doctors run healthcare. Or lawyers look after the legal departments. They are far too much educated to unlearn the crap they have learnt.

i agree, inflation is not confined to India only, it is across the world, Govt is already taking corrective action and still has lot to do.
we hope govt shall take the necessary curbs required to ease inflation on priority however the harsh decision it would be in the year of election.
