i did not vote last parliament elecetion. i think u did, and hence u r responsible. NOW TELL US WHY THIS INFLATION RISE?
UPA govt started collect fees from Industrialist,Retails vendors for coming election, the resultant is High Inflation. Go to Hell UPA. Donot show your Money face.
When India Shining was questioned by Congress, current inflation trend attributes to the governance of the current Government. If monsoon is favourable it cannot be attributed to Good Governance. Consumption pattern, wastage of food items, lack of foresightedness and cohesiveness in the team of administrators bring forth such situations. People of the country have to share this democratically.
Govt. should stop unproductive spending :- should not implement 6 th pay commission. :- Restrict production of unproductive vehicles like cars, bike. bycycle should be given free to govt employees for shorter distnaces. :-proper attention should be given on agriculture. only allocating funds does not bring result. Free equipments should be provided to samll & marginal farmers. 24 hr irrigation facility to all farmers with 24 hr uninterrupted electricity. :- RBI may increade CRR by 1 % :- efficient use of Public Distribution System. these are only some steps to curb inflation. govt should study & implement all factors regarding inflation. only taking action when rate crosses 5 % is not a good Idea.

not implementing a 6th commission is a conundrum. if they implement it - bribe should be abolished with immediate effect.
RE:People, do you understand today, what Dr. Abdul Kalam said? This BJP and Congress will save our country. We have two-party system. Congress will catch our neck, hand and legs, BJP will start culling.

AND WHAT WILL CPI[M] DO ?YOUR OWN PARTY CPI[M] IS HELPING THE CONGRESS TO CATCH OUR NECK. SO WHO IS MORE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLIGHT OF COMMON MAN ? BJP OR CPI[M]. WHATEVER IS GOING ON IN THE COUNTRY IS WITH THE SUPPORT OF CPI[M]. THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL ALSO HOLD UR PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISDEEDS OF THIS UPA REGIME.
The biggest mammoth shock and rise is in the real estate sector, Because of uncalled for and enexpected rise in property and flats, overall prices are rising. Effect comes on the entire economy and now price rise cannot be reversed ?

true, the sudden growth has put steel, cement, etc has created an artificial demand. people are overcommitting. look at bangalore - plenty of people are buying in the anticipation of price rise and spurt in sale, investment.
Remove subsidies and populist schemes like free TV and divert those to improving agricultural sector. instead of slashing loans, award agriculturists who produce more, encourage competitions within states to produce more.
Till common man gets lured by populist schemes, slowly he will be hit for all basic amenities.
Food crisis has hit the whole world not just India.
Reasons : Forward Trading of foodgrains & essential commodities, Monopolies and BioFuel
#Reason 1 : It has been discovered by finance capital that the most lucrative speculative trading is not in stocks but food. Forward trading of foodgrains attract large capital just for the sake of short term gains. The buyers are never the consumers - they buy million sof tonnes of grain and sell and make profit. This is one major origin.
Response needed : Ban forward trading for a few months.
#Reason 2 : Monopolies like Reliance fresh and Walmart have bought milions of tonnes to stock up thus creating a deficit. Notice, their retail shops still have food grains at old price.
Response needed : Govt must control them thru market intervention. These monopolies are acting as cartels and driving up prices to take collective advantage.
#Reason 3 : Biofuel subsidies particularly in US, have lured farmers away from food grains to sugar cane. ven food items like corn are diverted from market into making biofuel.
Response : Alas, this ws predicted 2 years back. Only when it hit us many of us - the servile worshippers of "US power" - realized it. Whether India can do something to this is to be seen.
