If you want 1.5 million hits on your portal, tell people that you already have that many hits and you would see that happening in near furure. So he isn't fool, rather very smart.

Youthportal.in has a traffic rank of 1,282,999 in Alexa. @ 1.5 million hits every week & only 3000 registered users ? thats very poor conversion. Data dont match.

Alexa rank is not an accurate tool. It only tracks visits from users who have that Alexa toolbar installed on their browser.
And those kids visiting that networking site won't even know what in the world 'Alexa' is, let alone installing the toolbar to make their visits count.
