You missed out an important socio-cultural factor.

The happiest employees are in those corporates where paan-flavoured condoms are distributed free of charge.

These measures are taken only by a few companies, not by all. There are thousands of companies in India who never bother about the employees. They think providing salary on the 1st of each month is more than enough
